Can't leave my Bubba out!

Some day, my kids will read this blog. After all, I started it with them in mind, hoping to be able to update it with the funny, tender, and otherwise day to day goings on of their childhoods so that someday they could come back to read it and know a bit more about their lives. In order to keep it fair and equal (cause I do love them BOTH more than anything, though I am sure there is going to be a day I hear "you loved him more"), I am giving a Brady update, as well.


We have started potty training and it is all Brady-led. He just decided one day to stand next to the toilet like Bryce and Daddy and son of a gun, he went! We make a HUGE deal about it and he gets to pick a piece of candy from the never ending bag that I keep hidden above the fridge. (Seriously, it never ends. There are too many candy affiliated holidays in the year, and it tends to stock pile. Maybe I should give them more, my dentist might like me better. Ok, that was a tangent). He still super soaks at night, but stays dry through his nap time. And, he has now decided that he doesn't want to wear a diaper during the day. He has also decided he does not like underwear. So, he spends his days going commando and he has yet to have a peepee accident. Poop, on the other hand, is a different matter. *sigh*


Let's just say walking into a room and smelling that smell (you know what it is) and then having to watch where you step until you find it is worse than house training a puppy. Why, oh why, can he pee on the potty but refuse to poop on it??? And what is his deal with not wanting underwear? Even the cute Lightening McQueen undies?


I hope I am not raising a porn star.
