If you are psychic, please tell me where Bryce's other shoe is. It has been missing for a week. The truly bizarre part is that it went missing in the matter of one hour. We came home, ate lunch, cleaned up lunch mess, and the shoe is gone. Just, gone.
So, all you psychics out there, please put your rubber and leather sniffers on and tell me where the hell it went! He has school tomorrow and I don't want to have to buy him a new pair. Because I know, I KNOW, once I buy him a new pair, the old pair will show up. So, please tell me where that stupid thing is before 1215 Central time, it's much appreciated!

Ok, deep breaths... in... out... in... out. Ok, now retrace your steps. You walked in the house with both shoes on his feet. He presumably took them off somewhere. Did he take them off himself or did you? Is there a coat or backpack they might be hiding under? I know you keep a very clean home so this might now be helpful, but I am trying here LoL Did you check under the beds, under the couches, under tables/entertainment centers/computer desks? Anywhere you have already checked, check again. Look behind dressers, in closets and in the toy box. Maybe stuck down in the couch cushions even. I really hope you find it! I know how frustrating it is... we just went through this with Jacob.
ReplyDeletelol, I have looked EVERYWHERE. The damn thing is just gone. He took them off himself and set them in the coat closet by the back door. He took them off together. I watched him. He set his coat on top of them. When it was time to go, he grabbed his coat and shoe. One shoe. The other one. Well, it is just gone. And we have no idea where.
ReplyDeleteI have rearranged and gutted that closet twice. It HAS to be in this house . . . shoes just don't walk away on their own, do they? lol. Looks like I will be going shopping first thing in the AM to get him a new pair. Dang it!
