Happy Easter!

Happy Easter, everyone! I hope it was as wonderful as everyone hoped it would be! We had a very nice day, today. We started off by waking up to Brady telling me "num-num? num-num!" (In Brady-ese, this means, "Are you going to feed me? I am HUNGRY!") SO, I got up, woke Travis and Bryce and we came out to the dining room. We were all quite shocked to find the dining room table overflowing with candy, movies, games, and cars! Also, the eggs we dyed last night were missing. Someone broke into our house last night, stole our eggs, and left us treats and games!!! The nerve of somebunnies! The kids were pleased, however, and we were able to recoup the loss of the eggs in the backyard, where the little thief managed to drop them while sneaking over to the neighbor's house.

After a quick breakfast of chocolate, peeps, chocolate, and ummm, chocolate, we ended up in the family room to sleep off the sugar coma. We awoke in time for a quick lunch and some time to play games before I had to go start dinner. The boys weren't too into dinner, thanks to some sneaky dips into their Easter baskets, but, they were good about sitting at table and attempting, at least! They are now safely tucked into bed and sleeping off yet another sugar high. It's a good thing that bunny left some extra toothbrushes and toothpaste behind, in addition to all of that sugar, or somebunny would be getting a dentist bill!
